CENTRALISATION OBJECTED TO. DUNEDIN, July 20. The Otago Education Board has entered an emphatic protest against the new departmental regulation, prohibiting inspectors from supplying to boards copies of reports on the work of individual teachers. Tho chairman, Mr Wallace, said that this seemed to be another link in the centralisation chain which the board had to try to break.
