N.S.W. LABOUR PARTY.
McGIRR-DOOLEY .SPLIT. SYDNEY, July 17. Echoes of the Dooley-McGirr embioglio threaten a further cleavage. It is understood that Mr Dooley moved at the caucus during the week, calling on Mr McGirr to substantiate his charges against the ex-Ministers at the recent conference. The discussion was adjourned till Tuesday, the Labour Party Executive in the meantime ordering the caucus to drop the matter. It is suggested that some members will refuse to do this, and intend to defy the executive. I< It is also suggested that feelers have been thrown out by the Moderates, with a view to joining the Progressives, but this contingency is unlikely.
