GERMAN WORKERS.
(Received Julv 13 at 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN. July 13. The German political crisis is being rendered more acute by the trade unions intimating to the Majority and the Independent Socialists that they strongly resent these parties voting for a Protection of the Republic Bill in a wat ered form. The Unions demand that the Independent Socialists shall forthwith be admitted to the Cabinet. This declaration signifies a determination that the workers shall have a Government strong enough to safeguard the Republic.
