N.S.W. CHARGE FOR EDUCATION.
(Rec. June 25. 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 24. The N.S.W. Minister of Education states the congestion in fho primary schools is so serious that tho Government must shortly consider the question of charging for secondary education, as for some lime to come it will bo unable to afford, by any other moans, to provide further educational facilities in this direction.
