The National Association of Retail Clothiers at Chicago, which claims that it imports 60 per cent of the wool con sumed in the United States, h: s inaugurated a campaign against the Bill before the U.S. Senate to impose a duty of 33 cents per pound on imported wool. The Association contends that such a duty on wool will increase clothing | juices by three to five dollars per suit.
