CRIME IN VICTORIA.
INCREASE CAUSES NEW MEASURES. MELBOURNE, June 16. On the strength of a report by the Commissioner of Police of increasing crime, the Government has decided on the immediate adoption of a motor patrol system, and the appointment of an additional constables.
