AUSTRIA’S PLIGHT.
STATE BANK INSTITUTED. VIENNA, June 14. A conference between the Government and seven Austrian banks, including Rothchilds, has decided to establish a State bank, and issue notes redeeming the existing kronen notes. The announcement is beneficially influencing general airairs. ].| is reported that the Netherlands Bank, the An-glo-Austrian Bank, and th-e Austrian Credit Foncicr have placed fifty milliards of kronen worth of foreign securities at the disposal of the Government, which has appealed to the Entente Ambassadors for aid. FRENCH CAPITAL ADVANCED. PARIS, June 11. The Bill granting Austria an advance of 55,000,000 francs, has been 'passed by the Senate.
