GUILTY OF ARSON.

CASE AT NELSON. NELSON, June 15. In the Supreme Court to-day William Balfour Hay was found guilty of breaking, entering, theft and arson in connection with a fire at Louisson’s Ltd., after thr premises had been burgled. Ernest Wairau Broad was acquitted on a ch: rge of arson under the same circumstances. Each was sentenced to 15 months’ hard labour.
