A MURDEROUS GANG. [A. ami N.Z. Caby Association.] NEW YORK, June. 7. Felony indictment against 43 men, who arc members of the Ku Klux Klan, has been returned by the Grand Jury at I.os Angeles. The indictmnet is based on their alleged lawless raids, organised by the Klan, near Los AnI gelcs. The counts allege false imprisonment, kidnapping, assault with intent I to murder. The raids occurred in conI nection with the “extra-legal” punish- ' ment of so-called “undesirable’ ’ I citizens varried out by tho Klan.
