The fixture for this week-end, Cronadun v. Junction, originally set down for Cronadun, will be played in Reefton, the Junction Club having expressed a preference for playing the game on the Racecourse. Cronadun very sportingly agreed. The latter club Is to be commended for its action, as, after playing its first match at the June tion, it was entitled to a return match on its home ground. As both clubs are putting out their best teams, a very interesting game should result. Cronadun had a fairly easy win last match, but Junction have improved their team considerably since, and are now a, fine combination. Two players new to Reefton in Exton and Nieumnnn will take the field for Junction in this game. Exton, a Golden Bay rep, is a fine hefty forward, while Nieumann is a back, also from the Nelson district. The. forward play should be fairly even, though Junction may have a slight advantage. As regards the back play, the advantage should be with Cronadun, who are improving with every game, and have in their composition some fine scoring backs. Mr M. Banks will referee the game which is set down for 2.30 p.m. AUSTRALIA V. CANTERBURY.
