N.S.W. PROFITEERING ACT.
SYDNEY, June 8. Mr Bavin has announced the repeal of the Profiteering Act and the substitution of legislation on the same lines a 3 the Commonwealth, making it an offence to interfere with prices by means of a trust, combine or similar arran„ ment. The objective is to maintain free and open competition.
