It’s a regular "Heman” story of tlio "under dog,” a man who, sunken to the depths beats his way through almost insurmountable obstacles with the sheer force of physical dominance, determination and will power. "Half a Chance” is an adaption of Frederick S. Isham’s novel. Seenically, photographically, technically ami artistically it. is flawless. Mahlon Hamilton, playing the lead is immense, and Lillian Rich hits the bell with her beauty, personality and talent. LARRY SEMON. Larry Semon is the fun-maker ami in his latest and best farce comedy "The Bakery” he has one to please. On Thursday evening only the Westminster Gaumont production, a romance of the Cornish Coast and all English attraction "Saved From the Sea ” is to be screened. See the great fight in the fisherman’s cottage; arrest of an innocent man; his trial for murder; little sea-waif’s efforts to prove his innocence.
