N.S.W. COAL MINERS.
OWNERS WANT CONFERENCE. SYDNEY, June 2. Coal owners have appealed to the Coal Tribunal requesting a compulsory conference to deal with the dispute. Mr Barldeley, the miners’ president, stated that the Commonwealth control of tile coal industry continues meantime, and no reduction can take place this year.
