SYDNEY. May 25. The Presbyterian Assembly adopted a report recommending tin* Bridger system of finance in lieu of collections, which were described as :i rank failure. It is understood that the scheme provides that the various funds will noiffy the amounts required to .administer the particular funds. Allocations will be imide to the various congregations within their bounds with an intimation that such an amount is expected.
