COURT CLASS DISMISSED. GISBORNE. Alay 25. A difficult problem in regard ro motor lighting came before Magistrate Barton, when the police proceeded against a motorist on a charge of having dazzling headlights. Mr Burnard for the motor asso< iation submitted that the lens used was a type which prevented dazzling by a refracting beam. The light had been approved by the American police ami by the NVelliutgon City Council. The lens had been passed by Inspector Cassels two years ago. The cas-o was dismissed.
