PRICES TO FALL. CHRISTCHURCH, May 17. I The master butchers decided to ob serv<- tin- Court’s general orders re gardiug wages, and to see th; t the amount of the wage reduction is reflected on retail prices. 'l’he New Zealand M otor-Traders ' Association decided to give effect to the * null's pronouncement and that •’ages of all other employees not govern’d by awards will be reduced by 5 per cent. It was further decided that there will be a corresponding reduction in charges. NO REDUCTION FOR BAKERS. WELLINGTON, May 17.
