POLLARD'S PICTURES.

MATINEE TO-DAY. At the matinee to-day in the Opera House Pollard’s will screen the great story of the South Sea Islands, featuring the famous world dancer, Doraldina, in wonderful native and Spanish dances. The same programme will bo repeated to-night for the last time. Sunday’s big display will be headed by the splendid Metro classic, “The Greater Claim,” featuring now one of the best dramatic artists on the screen, Alice Lake. “The Greater Claim” is a drama of that in life which is more powerful than passion. “Name your price for the baby,” was the ultimatum of the wealthy broker to the girl who claimed to be its mother, but the price caused even the hardened man of finance to gasp. On Monday evening the Greenwich village romance, “Smiling All the Way,” the romance of a society girl and a lumber camp cook-cupid in a cook house will be screened.
