HARBOUR BOARD CASE. WELLINGTON, May 5. The Court of Appeal’s judgment in the Gisborne Harbour Board v. G. 11. Lysnar was in favour of the appellant, I on the ground that the Harbours Act made the calling of tenders in such a case mandatory. Each party is to pay its own costs. In the further action brought by the Harbour oßard, Lysnar was allowed £250 costs. Leave to appeal to the Privy Council was given, security being fixed at £5OO.
