BIG ORDER FOE THE NAVY. LONDON, March 29. Colonel Amery, replying to a. ques tion said that 32 ships were at presen under construction for the Navy at a estimated total cost of £20,500,000 rc presenting a programme which is t be carried out over a number of years No capital ships are included.
