WORLD FLIGHT. ROSS SMITH’S PREPARATIONS. LONDON, Jan 17. Sir Ross Smith is completing his preparations for a world flight. He has secured a Vickers amphibian plane with Napier engines; both are now being built. He is arranging petrol supplies at various points, and he hopes soon to finalise the arrangements enabling a start to be made in the spring.
