Melbourne Harbour Trust is, increasing its wharfage charges. The present rates are 2s 6d and 3s 4d pci 1 ton. These arebeing advanced to a uniform charge of os pcr 4 ton 'on goods from overseas. The tonnage rates on overseas vessels have been advanced from $d to 3d per gross ton.
