FIUME IN DIFFICULTIES.
ROME, December 25. A Trieste message states that a Jargo number of Government torpedo boats are cruising in the Adriatic, and shutting of the sea approaches to Fiumc. The land approaches arc also cut off, and are heavily guarded by Government troops. It is believed that Fiumc is br-gin-ning to suffer from a lack of food. A number of legionaries hav c <"osertcd, fearing that they would be forced to fight against their brothers.
