OTTAWA, December 22. The cruiser Aurora, and the destroyer Patrician and Patriot have been presented to Canada by the Imperial Government, They:h.ave arrived at Halifax. An unfortunate accident rotirTed their official reception. The Patricia*n rammed the Aurora, as the vessel's entcro'l'tho harbour, tearing a hole in the cruiser's bow.
