LONDON, December 20. The House of Commons has amended tho dyestuffs Bill so as to exempt the Dominions from the operation of the clause prohibiting the importation ot dyestuffs from abroad. Thercnxjon tho Chamber resolved on an all-night sitting^ with a view to complying.
