THE "TIMES" CRITICISM,
LONDON, December IS. The "Times," in a leader, declares that tho Jutland report will not help in tho dissipation of the impression that it was a British reverse. The report is too voluminous and too mechanical, says the "Times," to conlmnncl public understanding, and the only result may be to add fresh fuel to fan the flames of those interested in tho controversy.
