SECOND DAY'S RESULTS. AUCKLAND, Dcember 1. The Otahuhu Trotting Club's Spring Meeting was concluded to-day in fine weather. There was a large attendance. The tote handled £46,785, which gave a grand total of £96,012 for the meeting, an increase of £33,457 compared with last year. Eesults: — Innovation ' Handicap. — Pura Bell (Monk) 1, Malmsbury 2, War Tank 3. Also started: Huia Girt, Norland, Baalbek, Mujik, Grattanora, Lady Stepney, Appeal, My Junior, Wild Nut, Canberra, Miss Marvin- Downs. Won by two lengths; six lengths. Time 3.43 Epsom Handicap — Mindful (W Hep) 1, Mykot 2, Blue King 3. Also started: Plain Peter, Archwood, Battery Bill, March On, Silvery Moon, Eeveille, St. Ives, Scottish Child, Ed- j na, Eva Pore, Gold Flake, Ekocranei. Petereden, Golden Ware. Won by a length; naif a length. Time 3.41. Franklin Handicap.— Boycott (G. Paul) 1, Wonderland 2, Jewel Wood 3. Also started: Ambush, William the First. Won by one and a half lengths. Time 4.52 4-5.
