NEW TAXATION PROPOSALS.
SYDNEY, November 30. Mr Lang is introducing the new taxation proposals in the Assembly to-day. It is understood that they will provide for an extra penny iii the pound on incomes over £250, with a graduated higher rate oycr £3000, and a substantial increase on incomes derived from, property and companies' dividends
