SYDNEY, November 30. The Government''Statistician reports that the State lost 8,500,000 sheep through drought during the year ended 30th June, following on a decrease of a million in the previous" twelve months. Cattle decreased by nearly half a million. Pigs had totalled the record number of 396,000, but dropped to less than a quarter of a million.
