ATHENS, November' 27. An analysis of tho Greek elections shows that over two-fifths of the electors voted for Vcnizelos. The remainder included Turkish votes, also Macedonian. . The newspapers state that official delegates will prdceocl to Lucerne after the plebiscite for {he purpose of bringing back Constantinc, whose State en-" try is fixed for December 12th. It is announced that all future law? will henceforth be promulgated in Con'stantine's name.
