FRENCH REFUGEE CAMP.
CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 27. The French have established a camp for refugees from Wrangel's Army at Chataldja. This is interpreted as a precaution against a possible Red invasion A r ia Roumania, perhaps Avith Kemalist assistance from Asia Minor. Moreover, they are entirely reconstructing the Adrianople defences and other -fortifications on tho Thracian front.
Tno Pakipaki, Tomoana and Whakatu works- did not commence slaughtering to-day, as was intended.
