NAVAL BLUNDER.
MORE ABQUT JUTLAND. (Rcc. November 28, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, November 27. Admiral SirJPercy Scott, in a speech in London, said that during the Oerman route at Jutland, a swarm, of destroyers quitted Harwick, to administer tho coup de grace. Some admiralty heads recalled them. It --was a terrible crime. Somebody blundered, but it was not Lord. JcUicoo.
