In his presidental address when presiding at the annual meeting of the National Liberal Association at Bradfore, Mr J. M. Robertson scathingly denounced the misrule in Ireland. He said: — "The Coalition haVe failed to settle the Irish .question. The result of the Coalition's policy has been lynch law and reprisals.
