SECOND DAY'S RESULTS

TIMARU, November 26. The second day of South Canterbury Jockey Club's meeting was held in beautiful weather and before a ldrge attendance. A • heavy shower in the night made th© track in excellent order. The tote handled £25,427 10s, making a total for the two days of £47,237 10s, as against £36,977 10 for last spring meeting, the previous best two days being at the autumn meeting this year, when £37,437 was put through the machine.
