BELGIAN DECORATION FOR MR MASSEY.
..- WELLINGTON, November 26. The Prime Minister to-day received a cablegram informing him that the King of the Belgians has been pleased to confer upon him the decoration ot Grand Officer De Cordre De La Couronne De Belgique, "in recognition oi help rendered to Belgium in time ol war." - The cablegram came from the Belgian Consul in Sydney, who mentioned that he expected to visit New Zealand in January, and invest Mr ; Massey with the decoration.
