LONDON, November 25. Warsaw reports .sa ythe Soviet has suspended peace negotiations with Paland on the ground that the Poles liave not withdrawn their troops to the Pripet demarcation line. The Soviet representatives at Kovno have informed Lithuania that the Bolsheviks will be obliged to reoccupy Vilna. . , i M. Joffe -has informed Poland that all Polfes captured in the ranks of Petloura and Balokovitch will be shot.
