FAVOURABLE TO ALLIES. ATHENS, November -4. The Government Press announces that M. Rallis intends to visit the Allied capitals and open direct negotiations with the Allied Governments aegarding the situation. It is also stated that in order 1o prove the sincerity of its feelings towards the Entente, thG Greek Government is ready to give any guarantees that may be demanded.
