WASHINGTON, November 24.
Senator Knox has announced his intention to introduce his resolution for a separate peace with Germany as soon as Congress convenes on December sth. He believes that the election result will alter the views of some Democratic Senators, who would now vote for overriding President Wilson's veto of the- resolution.
