ALLEGED PLOT.
TO DESTROY DOORS AND. POWER STATIONS. DUBLIN CASTLE REPORTS. (Rec. November 25 at 7.25 p.m.) LONDON, November 25. The Irish administration has published what it states are the contents of captured Sinn Fein documents giving detailed plons to destroy Liverpooi dock gates and machinery by means ol gelignite, also sketches for guidance of gangs, it being proposed to ignite warehouses to mask operations. Other documents give details with sketches for crippling the main power station in Manchester, which is applying a majority of the factories anu trams. There also are reports of a spy who niade a close inspection. The publication adds ihat it was hopel if the dock gates were destroyed an outrush of water would cause widespread damage to shipping. The destruction, of a power station in Stuart Street, Manchester, would, according to the document, para'yse Manchester. A plan of campaign as regards Liverpool, was to cut telephones, overpower dock police, open the gates, and then demolish gate machinery by means of gelignite. It was estimated this would require twenty-three otiic " ers, twenty-seven engineers, M>;-«.mty-five' rank and file, the preparations to occupy three weeks and officers to reside in the vicinity. Schedules are published that contain a list of docks, now to destroy them, the men required' how they are at present protected, how to deal with guards, and how to approach. Fur example, Canada dock would be allotted to ten men with a hundred pounds of gelignite. Artcinpts were made to calculate the time necessary to empty -the docks by sxich methods, and- instructions were given as regards they most vulnerable portions of the "machinery, and how various, parts could be best attacked.
