question/of- relief. WELLINGTON, November 17. Replying, to Sir Th.os. MacKenzie en the question of the starving children in Europe, Mr Hill (Secretary of the Save the Children „ Fund) points out there are thousands of people not in ex-enemy countries in need of assistance. Mr Hili also claims that the fact that the British Government subsidises the fund pound for pound is a sufficient warrant for the need of money. ,
