A VILIFIER OF SMILLIE.
(Roe. September 12, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, September 11. — Messrs Brownlcy and Wiliama and other delegates at the Trades Union Congress strongly attacked Mr "Applet on (Secretary 'of tho Trade Union Federation) accusing "him of scurrilously abusing the movement for decent wages and of making persistent attacks on the Triple Alliance of Labour and foetng guilty of vilification of Mr Robert Smillie.
