SHIPPING TO ENGLAND STOPS
(Received at 10 p.m. April 16). LONDON, April 16. In consequence of tho Irish strikes several shipping lines have ceased their services between Ireland and Britain. This is owing to tho stoppage of trans, port in Ireland.
