LIVERPOOL, Governor-General IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection Act I9OS, I Arthur William <!c Brito Saville Earl of Liverpool, the Govcrtior_Genei--al of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that tlie following imported same — viz., hares — may bo killed within the Grey Dixtirct Aeelimatisaton District, i /compri^hig the County of Grey (except in the areas mentioned in the Schedule hereto), from the first day of M:ty, oue thousand nine hundred and twenty, to tho thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred mid twenty, both days inclusive; and. I do hereby restrict the number of hares that may be killed by any one person in any one day to twenty. And I do further notify that licenses to kill such imported game within the said district shall be issued to any person on payment of the sum of twenty shillings each; and the Chief Postmaster at Gre.ymou3h and Hie Postmasters at Ahaura, Blackball, Brim ncrton, Moana. Nelson Creek, Nga_ here, Otira, Roa, Runanga, Stillwatcr, Tornra Flat, and Waiuta are hereby appointed to sign and issue the said licenses to kill imported game. And I do further notify that the following native game — viz., grey dr.rk. teal, pukeko, and black swan — may be killed within the above-mentioned district (except in the areas mentioned in the .Schedule hereto) from the iir*t day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, to the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, both days inclusive; and I. do hereby restrict the number of such native game that may be killed by any me person in any one day to not more tk.in twenty-five head in all.
