ARIS, September 2. Latest reports- show the Bolsheviks' arc now vigorously pursuing the White Russian Army, that was. at Pskoff, when it fell. The anti-Bolsheviks are retreating from Pslioff to Uarva. The Bolsheviks are also pushing "West ward, with a view to intercepting the retreat of the "White" Army. . The position of the latter is critical, as the* army is 'hemmed against, the eastern shore of Lake Pripct.
