CORONATION
DEAR CAREW MEMORIAL BAZAAR QUEEN. ■-■ ■ ■ « 'On next Thursday evening, the Town Hall will be the scene of a very pretty ceremony, the crowning of the winning Queen in the. recent Dean Carew Memorial Bazaar Carnival. The Coronatioa Ceremony and the accompanying entertainment are being carried out entirely by juveniles. The Queem, Miss Maureen Beban, is quite a tiny tot, and lie? maids of liouour and associates in the coronation ceremonial are all little mites. Mrs J. "W. Hanaaii has devoted a great deal or time and care to their training, and the result promises to be an unusually novel, quaint, aad beautiful coronation in miniature. A choice programme of musical and dancing items by the best available juvenile talent of the West Coast will be given. Nearly all the items are quite new to the Coast. In addition to the Thursday evening entertainment, a special matinee for children will be held on btiturdny afternoon at 2.30 p.m. The lJox Plan opens at Kilgour's on Tuesday morning. Holders of Dress Circle and orchestral stall tickets "fan reserve their seats by paymaufc of ail extra sixpence.
