WHAT N.S.W. PREMIER SAYS
PUBLIC TO PAY THE PIPER. SYDNEY, May 2 The New South Wales Premier, Hon. W. A. Holinan, sattes that there will he increases in the prices of coal under Commonwealth control which will involve an additional payment of £1,000, 000 by the New South Wales consumers. He said that the State Government has instituted an enquiry because of the threat by the arrangement between the employers and "the employees that the public would he forced to make these extra payments.
