THE WEATHER
Mr. Pemberton reports. Present indications are for a- continuance of strong and squally winds, -westerlies prevailing, and changing to southerlies after from 24 to 315 hours. Cloudy and unseated weather, with rain, is probable generally. The barometer still has a falling tendency.
