A SATISFACTORY REPORT. DUNEDTN, December 4. The notifications in Otago and Southland were 34. and the hospital cases in Dunedin These figures show a steady abatement. The District Health Officer is of the opinion that the sudden removal oi restrictions by the Minister is too early, seeing that Otago caught the epidemic a fortnight after Ihe north, hub the Minister's directions have been obeyed.
