(Rec Uctober 6, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. October 5. A Belgian communique reports: The Franco-Belgians to-day slightly progressed towards Bombooglede and Roulers. A n Anglo-Belgian-French attack on September 28th conquered the whole Flanders ridge i«i "forty-eight hours.
