LONDON, October 4 The Paris paper "Echo De Paris" states that the Allies' occupation of Bulgaria is now proceeding. The German troops in Bulgaria are retiring north-ward.
the- enemy will organise a line of defence along the river Danube.

ROME, October 3. The evacuation by the enemy of Roumania and Albania continues.
General Mackensen's Headquarters are now in Transylvania, west of Roumania.
