The Press Bureau re-girts that a neutral, returned firom Germany states that, widespread terror regns on the Rhine, owing to British air raids. The central portion\ of the Frankfort mam railway* station is so damaged that trains arc unable ito enter, but arrive and depart from improvised wmden platforms some distance from the station.
